You can return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also cover the return postage costs if the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect item, defective item, etc.).
You should receive your refund within four weeks of handing your package over to the return carrier; however, in many cases, you will receive your refund sooner. This timeframe includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the processing time for the return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process the refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order via the "Complete Orders" link in the My Account menu, and then click the Return Item(s) button. We will notify you by email once we have received and processed the returned item(s).
We can ship to almost any address in the world. Please note, however, that some restrictions apply to certain products, and some items cannot be shipped internationally.
When you place an order, we estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the delivery provider selected, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quote page.
Please also note that shipping costs for many of the items we sell are weight-based. The weight of each item is listed on its product page. To comply with the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the nearest pound.
